Terms of Trade & Website Use
Last updated: 12 August 2026. These terms apply to business customers only. Sales are business-to-business, so consumer distance-selling and cancellation rights do not apply.
1. Trade accounts
Accounts are opened at our discretion following a trade application. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are buying in the course of business for resale or professional use.
2. Prices, orders and MOQ
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated. Minimum order quantities, case sizes and carriage thresholds are shown in the portal. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or adjust an order where stock or pricing has changed.
3. Payment
Payment terms are those agreed on your account. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 or the Irish European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012, as applicable.
4. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery; title passes when we receive payment in full. Shortages or damage must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
5. Returns
Goods may only be returned with our prior agreement, unused and in original packaging. Chilled, frozen or short-dated stock cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. Product information and resale
You are responsible for complying with labelling, storage and pet food regulations in your market, and for selling products in their original packaging without alteration.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss.
8. Website use
The portal and its content are for authorised trade customers. Do not share logins, scrape pricing, or use the site in a way that harms its operation.
9. Governing law
Customers in Ireland: Irish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Customers in the UK: the law of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
